Our feet deserve a little luxury after the winter months. When our feet feel amazing it really puts a spring in our step, they literally soak up the love. Feet are jam packed full of acupressure points, applying botanical extracts and minerals is a great way of delivering wellbeing to your whole body.





Relaxing, softening, soothing.



2 cups of coconut milk

1 cup salt, epsom, himalayan or sea

5 drops lemon essential oil

10 drops lavender essential oil

Herbs - Rosemary, thyme, lavender. All or any!



Add the essential oils to the salt, mixing into a carrier is the safest way to incorporate essential oils to a water bath otherwise they tend to float on the surface and could burn your skin. Dissolve the salt in warm water before adding it to your foot bath. Add the coconut milk then mix to the desired temperature. Add the flowers and herbs, infuse and its ready. Rosemary and thyme are both herbs with revitalising properties.




Purifying, detoxing, smoothing


1 cup of sea salt

1/2 lemon 

1 sprig of rosemary 

1 sprig of mint

20ml of coconut oil



Put everything in a food processor and pulse for 30-second bursts until the herbs are finely chopped. Refreshing mint and lemon are also antibacterial, coconut oil is a lightweight moisturiser and se salt contains balancing minerals.


HOW TO USE: Scrub your feet everywhere, in between the toes, focus on dry rough areas. Once you've scrubbed, apply the rest of the mix to your feet and cover with plastic bags, wrap your feet in a towel and let the ingredients do the work. After 30 minutes or more rinse well.



SALT: Himalayan Pink Salt is the purest form of salt, mined from ancient sea beds. These beautiful crystals contain over 84 minerals and trace elements such as; calcium, magnesium, potassium, copper and iron. This salt stimulates circulation and is deeply relaxing and soothing. Sea salt is minerally balancing.

LAVENDER: Lavender is a natural antiseptic, great for fungal fighting and infections, It helps combat the cause, the camphorous and herbaceous undertones help relieve many of the symptoms. Lavender is also one of the most valuable oils for the treatment of stress, promoting cell renewal while relaxing the body and spirit.

COCONUT OIL: Coconut oil is moisturising, skin softening, antimicrobial and packed with antioxidants and vitamin E. 

LEMON: Lemon is a great astringent for cleansing the feet, purifying and refreshing.

MINT: Mint brings instant relief to tired feet, cooling, refreshing, antifungal and antibacterial.
