Self love means simply being with yourself in the moment and not paying too much attention to your thoughts but instead dialling up the sensations in your body, this is where a skincare ritual comes in to make this process relaxing and enjoyable.

BLOOM BATH RITUAL
Recipe:
To one cup of Himalayan mineral salts or sea salt or a mix of both add:-

10 drops of sweet orange oil
5 drops of frankincense oil

Orange essential oil: Sunshine in a bottle. Orange essential oil is zesty, sunny, and refreshing, this oil uplifts the senses. A natural detoxifier for maintaining healthy, smooth skin,  it also alleviates anxiety, anger and depression.

Frankincense essential oil: One of the most powerful essential oils available to us, Frankincense induces a feeling of complete satisfaction and peace. This precious extract will increase a spiritual connection and promotes deep breathing. When i first discovered the powers of this aroma I was amazed by how satisfied and complete it made me feel.
Meditate/focus: on the aromas, draw your attention to your skin, imagine your skin taking the minerals from the salts in through the pores to restore your muscles and revive your wellbeing. Light candles to signal to your brain it's time to wind down.
